Lack of Transparency: Erick Roeser, Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector, County of Sonoma

• It is extremely interesting that Mr. Erick Roeser was appointed to his position as auditor-controller-treasurer-tax collector at the County of Sonoma just 3 months before the Tubbs Fire.
• His spouse, Ms. Kim Roeser was given the position as Dept. Analyst / Deputy Chief - Procurement for the County of Sonoma Department of Health Services department from October 2020-May of 2021. It is quite odd that Ms. Roeser only worked at the County for 8 short months, during the peak of the pandemic.
• Prior to her employment with the County, Ms. Roeser held the position of Project Manager at Ramsey Purchasing, Berkeley, CA. Being that this business was never legally registered with the California Secretary of State, the County of Alameda, nor the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, I am confused as to how she held this position. 
• After analyzing the records from the World Trade Organization, it appears that Ramsey Purchasing was largely involved with imports/exports to and from China between 2017-2020. 
• Ms. Jennifer Ramsey was the CEO for the now forfeited Ramsey Purchasing. The "Ramsey" Family holds major positions at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. For example, Mr. Peter John Ramsey was the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Research and Development, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare through August, 2020. It is quite the coincidence that Mr. Ramsey is also directly related to the Newsom (Newsome) Family.
